Product introduction:
The automobile exhaust gas tester is a product developed and designed by our department according to the new national standard (GB3847-2018), which is used to measure the concentration of NO, NO2 and CO2 in the exhaust gas of motor vehicle engine.
The automobile exhaust gas tester (hereinafter referred to as the analyzer) consists of gas pretreatment unit, CO2 infrared technology platform, NO NO2 ultraviolet technology platform, calibration unit, detection unit, display archive unit and communication transmission unit.

The system has the following advantages:
1) The simultaneous measurement of NO and NO2 by ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy is not disturbed by water.
2) Direct optical measurement of NO2 can overcome the problem that the conversion efficiency of traditional converters decreases with time.
3) The response time of NO and NO2 is less than 3S.
4) Based on Android platform, human-computer interaction is good and intelligent control is realized.
5) There are abundant interfaces, which can be connected to oil temperature, rotational speed, ambient temperature, humidity, pressure and other parameters.

This product can be widely used in road inspection and spot-check of Traffic Department of environmental protection department, automobile annual inspection line, rapid inspection of exhaust purification device, automobile exhaust research of teaching and research unit, automobile manufacturing industry and 4S shop of automobile maintenance.
